1. Our Promise
At SmartDrive™, we take pride in providing quality furniture and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery or pickup under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging materials included

You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

The item is not marked as Final Sale or custom/special order

Mattresses (once opened)

Clearance/final sale items

Assembled or installed items

Custom orders or made-to-order products
3. Return Process
To start a return:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Delivery fees are non-refundable

If your item was delivered free as part of a promotion, standard delivery charges may be deducted from the refund

A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for certain items
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace your item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery or pickup. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item

We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to processing or shipment. Once an item has shipped or been delivered, the standard return policy applies.
